Each product carries a place, a producer and a careful process—from co-op cashews to mountain-grown coffee.
Smooth, small-batch spreads made with cashews from a women’s cooperative in Choluteca and roasted on Útila. The Chocolate spread features cacao and cacao butter from the Cangrejal Valley.
Honduran vanilla from Villa de San Antonio, Comayagua, extracted in rum and bottled in small batches on Útila.
Sun-dried coffee cherry from Finca Cascaritas. Naturally sweet, tart and gently caffeinated, with dried cherry, hibiscus and light floral notes.
Parainema coffee from the Hernández family at Finca Cascaritas. Honey processed, medium-dark roasted and ground for drip, with hazelnut, strawberry and grapefruit notes.

Meet our producers
East Harbor Co begins with people who know their crop and their land. Their work remains visible—from a women’s cashew cooperative in Choluteca and cacao growers in the Cangrejal Valley to the Hernández family’s mountain coffee farm.
Sourced from a women’s cooperative in Choluteca, then roasted and transformed into spreads on Útila.
Cacao and cacao butter come from the Cangrejal Valley, bringing mainland depth to the Chocolate spread crafted on Útila.
Grown in Villa de San Antonio, Comayagua, then extracted in rum and bottled on Útila.
Grown by the Hernández family at Finca Cascaritas in Mercedes, Ocotepeque, and packed on Útila.

Honduras is the story; Útila is where it comes together. Cashews are roasted, spreads are crafted, vanilla is bottled, and coffee and cascara are packed here in small batches.
